The Board of Directors of Ineco, at its meeting held on Friday, 28 September 2018, named Carmen Librero as the company’s president.
She served as Secretary General of Transportation of the Ministry of Public Works between 2012 and 2018, having previously held other high-level positions in Aena, such as General Director of Air Navigation, Director of Engineering and Operation and Director of Planning, Economic Control and Management.
She has also served as Transportation Advisor as part of Spain’s Permanent Representation in the European Union.
