The European Commission has entrusted Ineco with the coordination and supervision of the deployment of the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) of the nine rail corridors that run across the States of the Union over the next six years.
The contract, signed last December, includes the administration and management of the work programs for the nine corridors, the coordination among the different entities involved -infrastructure administrators, operators, national security authorities, interest groups of the corridors, European associations…- the deployment management, and the technical and economic control, as well as other activities such as the communications and information support.
Pioneers in ERTMS implementation, Ineco consolidates with this program its bet on innovation, research and the development of the safest, most efficient and modern transport systems.
