The first meeting of the TCRINI 2 project Transfer Committee took place last Friday, 26th January. The main objective of the committee is to facilitate the effective transfer of the knowledge and results obtained during the project in the field of infrastructure maintenance.
This Committee is intended to ensure that the lessons learnt, the best identified practices and developed innovations are effectively integrated into our day-to-day operations.
The key functions of this committee include:
1. To evaluate the results, that is, to critically analyse the results obtained in the project, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
2. To identify and to plan effective strategies for the implementation of innovation.
3. To facilitate communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
