ICEX Spain Trade and Investment and the Economic and Commercial Office in Athens organised in collaboration with Mafex this technical conference of Spanish businesses where they were able to learn about the main railway infrastructure projects underway in the country.
Within the framework of this delegation, a conference was organised under the title ‘Spain-Greece Railways Business Forum’, where the main railway infrastructure projects underway in the country were presented by the main Greek railway entities. These include the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the Regulatory Authority for Railways (RAS), OSE, Elliniko Metro and Stasy.
Around ten businesses from the Spanish railway industry participated in the delegation with the aim of learning in detail about the business possibilities in this dynamic sector of the Hellenic country and presenting their capabilities to the more than 70 local participants. The conference concluded with a session of more than 100 B2Bs meetings between Spanish businesses and the most relevant businesses in the Hellenic market.
