COMSA Corporación is committed to placing people at the centre of its strategy, fostering diversity in the group’s workplaces and promoting equal opportunities. The infrastructure sector is characterised by being predominantly male, so that SDG5 Gender equality is a highly complex but motivating challenge for the company, through which to contribute to a more diverse society.
Within the framework of its Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy, COMSA Corporación articulates Equality Plans, promoting a varied set of measures such as conciliation and prioritisation of female recruitment and promotion. Training is also provided on gender awareness and diversity awareness.
Finally, as members of the Global Compact’s Target Gender Equality, COMSA Corporación promotes the campaign ‘Mujeres Referentes’ (Women of Reference) through interviews with female employees of the group who serve as inspiration for the professionals of the future.
