Training, development and promotion are the fundamental pillars of the ICON.Talent programme that ICON Multimedia is developing to attract and retain talent. It has recently strengthened its People & Culture area, focusing on initiatives that are committed to new talent as a driver of change: scholarship programme, FP Dual, and approaches to training centres at all levels and cross-cutting areas are the main initiatives promoted by this programme. It also focuses on promoting the incorporation and vocation of women in the predominantly male-dominated field of technology.
ICON.Talent is also committed to its employees, adapting to the challenges of each one of them in their different stages of professional growth, in order to acquire experience and learn how to continue developing professionally. All of this is also driven by initiatives that promote Work-Life Balance and various Team Building activities, facilitating ‘work engagement’.
