Three workshops will be organised on three different themes: employee experience, advanced technologies and sustainability.
Within the framework of the Talent activities, MAFEX is organising a series of “learning workshops” that aim to train professionals with the help of experts, focusing on training with a very practical vision so that all participants can use that knowledge in their organisations. Three workshops are being organised on three different topics: Employee Experience, Advanced Technologies, and Sustainability.
The Employee Experience (EX) learning workshop aims to train team leaders or human resource managers. EX is known as the working life process of a person in an organisation. Through the care of the EX, the aim is to obtain a competitive advantage by seeking to create an exceptional employee’s experience in the organisation.
The Advanced Technologies learning workshop will consist of three modules: the Generative AI module applied to productivity, the module on professional uses of the metaverse, and the module on technological evolution. This workshop aims to enhance the understanding and application of these technologies in the day-to-day life of companies with a practical and didactic approach that allows them to get the most out of these tools.
In the sustainability learning workshop, three workshops are proposed with a focus on the circular transformation of the sector, through the introduction of the circular economy and reporting, including essential tools such as the eco-design and the life cycle analysis.
