Last October, Teltronic organised in the Mexican city of Monterrey the forum “Me Lleva el Tren, Movilidad, Tecnología y Ciudad”, an initiative aimed at seeking more sustainable mobility solutions. The event highlighted the importance of equipping transport systems with the most modern technology for a more efficient, comfortable and safe service, and in this way, to provoke a movement of passengers from private vehicles to public transport.
With more than 100 communication networks deployed for metros, trams and LRT around the world, Teltronic knows the value of this conclusion and, in this sense, the incorporation of 4G/5G broadband technologies allows a new operating model to be established, with new applications that raise efficiency levels and favour intermodality.
