En el grupo de ingeniería y tecnología Sener se fomenta la diversidad y la igualdad de oportunidades en todas las dimensiones de la diversidad: demográfica, cognitiva y experiencial.

The Sener engineering and technology group promotes diversity and equal opportunities in all dimensions of diversity: demographic, cognitive and experiential.

Sener is a member of the Diversity Charter, the Code of Principles for Generational Diversity (Generation and Talent Observatory), the EJE&CON Code of Best Practices for Talent Management and Improving Competitiveness in Companies, and RAI’s (Spanish Royal Academy of Engineering) Women and Engineering program.

Sener develops policies for equal opportunities in people management processes, eliminating gender, age, disability, cultural and sexual orientation biases. It enables work-life balance through flexible working hours – teleworking, intensive working hours, etc. – and is certified as a Family-Responsible Entity (MásFamilia Foundation).

All this is aligned with a professional development plan for the continuous training of its people in technical capabilities, digitalization and management skills, so that they can continue to grow professionally.
