Siemens Mobility increases its workforce by 24% in Spain during the pandemic

The leading multinational in transportation solutions has added 273 new professionals in Spain and reaches 1,400 employees, an increase that has been distributed among all areas and professional profiles, always promoting diversity and gender equality.

The company has a highly qualified workforce with more than 20 different nationalities. Its main drivers are Engineering and R&D, in the second one it has more than 200 professionals and invests 34 million euros per year, being a Competence Center in Spain.

In addition, Siemens Mobility Spain maintains several active programs for the promotion of internal talent and for the recruitment and training of external talent, such as the Dual Master of Sciences Rail Mobility Technologies in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Nertus.
