VIRLAB is a vibration and shock testing laboratory located in Asteasu (Gipuzkoa) accredited by ENAC (National Accreditation Body).
We test all types of electrical and mechanical equipment, apparatus and instruments: air conditioning equipment, track signals, battery chests, resistor chests, pantographs, converters, circuit breakers, electronic equipment, vending machines, etc. VIRLAB is accredited for the IEC 61373 standard: Railway applications – Rolling stock equipment – Shock and vibration tests (*), among others of wide application in the qualification of equipment both on-board and subjected to the vibrations generated by the passage of the train.
